I changed the 'World Detail' from 'High' to 'Ultra,' and the gameplay wasn't affected whatsoever. I had to change 'left' to 'O' and 'right' to 'P.' Movement across the ocean floor was smooth and not choppy. Once again, the keypad was practically useless when trying to use simple 'use' and 'let go' for 'left' and 'right' side of the keypad. I turned off VSync, and the framerates didn't have any issues.
